More about Detectronic – the home of Intelligent Network Monitoring.

Predicting blockages and Improving operational network performance

This area of the website is designed to summarise the ways that you can get more from your relationship with Detectronic. Whatever you need, we’re here to make it easy for you to access everything that you need.

1. To book a visit from a Detectronic technician

Expert Detectronic technicians install, monitor and maintain Detectronic flow meters across the UK sewer networks. If you have a problem, or would like a technician to visit you, then please call +44 (0) 1282 449124 to discuss your requirements. If we cannot help you over the telephone, then we will book an appointment for a technician to visit you. You can also email us here.

2. To access the Datacentre

The Detectronic Datacentre monitors your sewer network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure that you are always updated with changes in flow, or potential blockages, in good time to take appropriate action. If you would like to speak to one of our Datacentre team, then please call +44 (0) 1282 449124 between the hours of 0800 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. You can also email us here.

3. To contact Technical Support

The easiest and quickest way to contact Technical Support is to email us here

4. To hire additional equipment

Detectronic’s extensive range of equipment for hire includes a selection of data logging flow monitors and rain gauges. These include conventional BM3510-type, intrinsically safe flow monitors and tipping-bucket rain gauges, each with built-in data logging facilities, designed for local downloading. The increasingly popular ATEX and IECEx-certified MSFM (Multi-Sensor Flow-Monitoring) systems offer data logging of all measured parameters with both local download and remote delivery of recorded data via international GSM/GPRS networks. This can be delivered each morning direct to an engineer or consultant.

Hire periods can be as short as one week, although a more typical timescale for a sewerage network flow monitoring project would be approximately eight weeks. It makes good commercial sense to ensure that hired equipment can be moved on and off-site promptly throughout the monitoring period, so you will also need to consider the delivery logistics and potential costs. Please note that, following delivery, you may need some help in setting the hired equipment up.

For more information about hiring Detectronic Flow Monitoring equipment, please call +44 (0) 1282 449124 to discuss your requirements. You can also email us here.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.
